• • • Applicable for Maldivians and Expatriate Work Permit holders
• • • Maldivians must carry their ID-cards and expatriates their work-permits when visiting Villa Resorts.
• • • Any other services or consumptions will be charged at the hotels standard prices, and all payment to be settled prior to departure from the hotel
• • • The maximum occupancy per room is two adults and one child (age below 11.99 years)
• • • Reservations are accepted only within 5 days before the arrival date and are subject to availability at the time of booking. Bookings will be considered as confirmed bookings only after the receipt of the FULL payment for the booking.
• • • Maldivian couples sharing rooms must be married and present their marriage certificate/card at the resort reception.
• • • All guests must respect others' privacy and wear appropriate attire when using the swimming pool and other public areas.
• • • All reservations are fully prepaid and non-refundable
• • • Any additional services or consumption will be charged at regular hotel rates, and all payments must be settled directly at the resort.
• • • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations within 24 hours prior to arrival & no shows: 100% of the total cost of stay
